Ashley is awesome! Even though we expressed interest in adopting a chinchilla at an unspecified future time, after visiting the chins and talking with her, we moved up our adoption date for Checker (now with the drastic change of a name: Checkers). We also reached out about another chin, we received timely updates on him, and Ashley tried to pair them with us as observers. When that didn't work out, she was so dedicated! She spent a couple hours with us trying to find a great pair, and we left, extremely happy, with both Checkers AND Ollie. We couldn't be happier. In fact, we're so happy that we might adopt a couple more from her later on... watch out, Ashley! :) (Just kidding, I hope!)

New to owning chinchillas...I was filled with many questions and Ashley was always helpful in answering not only my questions but also my concerns. I purchased three beautiful healthy chinchillas from Ashley and couldn't be happier. Thank you for Pinky Rose (white chinchilla), Jolee Maren (ebony with TOV chinchilla) and Barbi Lin (mosaic chinchilla), Ashley! They all arrived safely and I am extremely happy with my new fur babies! For beautiful and healthy chins...I recommend Ashley! Thanks once again!

My family adopted a standard gray male from NWI. Ashley was a pleasure to talk to and she was very helpful! We are loving Zero aka Houdini. He has really started to bond to all of us and greatly enjoys play time everyday. We are so happy to finally own a Chin (it's always been a dream for my husband and I). It was a drive for us but we would do it all over again! Oh! I cannot forget we also adopted Gunmy Bear aka Pipin who is a male robo dwarf hamster. He's been a trill for my two children to watch run around like crazy! Thank you again Ashley for everything!!

I adopted a black velvet male from the shelter back in October. Ashley was a huge help in all the information and support she gave me. It was a 4 hour drive to pick up my little ball of fluff--but I would do it again in a heart beat. Bandit was in great heath and has since been such a joy to have around.

I adopted my mosaic chinchilla Daisy back in October as a birthday gift to myself. Ashley was such a great help and any question I ever needed answers to she helped me out alot. As a first time owner I was a little worried I do something wrong so I was texting Ashley almost weekly at all hours of the day but no matter what she always helped me. I definitely purchase another chinnie from her

We went to NWI in search of another chinchilla. My Chins are my passion, where we adopted Zoey a dark ebony female who is about 6 months old currently(2/4/16). About a month and half later, we decided to get Zoey a cage mate, who is a Silver Mosaic Female, we named her Buttons and she is currently 4 months old. We live about 4-5 hours away one way, and we will return to Ashley always. Anyone looking should definitely adopt from Ashley.

I came to NWI looking for a second chinchilla to keep mine company. Ashley is very knowledgeable and really cares about all of the animals in her care. I'm very happy to have adopted Cheech, a senior grey, and she definitely hooked me up with everything I needed to make him feel at home as well. Anyone looking to adopt a chinchilla should go through her instead of a pet store in my opinion.
